【IELTS Writing Task 2】HIROさんの回答（6.5）

今日は、当校IELTS学生さんが授業で書いたエッセイ（Task 2）を大公開します。

持ってた解答用紙をがばっと盗んだので（笑）、おそらく彼にとって最も良いというわけではないかと思います！

３人の先生に確認したところ、6.5が２人、6.0が１人でした！

みなさん、こんなエッセイが40分以内に書けるようになりたくないですか～＾＾

問題：

Some people argue that it is more important to have an enjoyable job than to earn a lot of money. Others disagree and think that a good salary leads to a better life.

Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

お金を稼ぐ仕事より楽しいと思える仕事の方が価値があると考える人もいれば、給料こそが人生に良い影響をもたらすと考える人もいる。

両意見を踏まえ、自身の意見を述べよ。

Hiroさんの回答：

In these years, there is an increasing debate whether people should get a job which is enjoyable to them or job which helps them earn a huge amount of money to a better life. It is apparent that there are some merits and demerits of both views.

On one hand, people who choose a job suitable for them commonly have a motivation. Therefore, they are in a quest to finish a large number of tasks as quick as they can. As a result, they can be in a high position in a company and get a good salary.

In addition, they can be healthy due to a hardful  of stress while they are working. In the long run, they are able to continue working as long as they want. However, they will be faced with adversity relevant to money. They may not have a stable income; hence, it is hard for them to manage their lives. Especially in raising children, the expenditure is tentative, thus their future can be shuttered.

In addition, they might not be able to get married. According to a Japanese Psychological institution, a majority of claim that they would like to be a wife of a person who is well-off and powerful.

On the other hand, there are advantages of workers in lucrative companies. One of them is living lives without any worries about financial issues. There are many ways of using money to make them happy and comfortable such as eating salubrious and delectable food, living in a sophisticated house and spending their holidays travelling. Furthermore, they can also offer their children high-quality education and the chance to experience many things in which they are interested.

As the above-mentioned discussion, a conclusion can be drawn that although having a joyful job has an important role in our lives, in my opinion, company which grant us a good salary is more necessary to live happily.

IELTSあるあるですが、書けば書くほど時間が迫るので、だんだんHiroさんの字が…殴り書きに近い。嘘です（笑）

コピーの印字が弱くてですね、先生のチェックと混ざって、合ってるのか不安なところもありますが…すみません…

こう他の人のエッセイを読んでいると、私も書きたくなってきたので、あとで同じテーマで書こうと思いました～！
